Call out one of the characters from my muselist with a starter, a prompt, a general 'hey can we do something with these characters' comment, a smoke signal, etc., and I'll get back to you with some kind of RP thread!
[Honestly Atsushi has been pondering over his feelings for Shuji lately, and as embarrassing as it is, he thinks he might just have a crush on his friend. At least he thinks so; his heart gets all fluttery whenever Shuji is around, and he catches himself staring at him a lot, and imagining what it might be like to hold his hand...
Yeah. He’s got a crush. Bad.
He’s happy as can be when Shuji eats one of his chocolates.]
I hope it’s good. [A soft laugh.] You probably got all kinds of chocolates from people who admire you...
[He laughs nervously before occupying his mouth with a sip of his latte. How is he supposed to say that he has a crush on Shuji? How do people do that kind of thing without dying of embarrassment??? What if it ruins their friendship??? Ugh...]
I see...
[Atsushi tugs on the hem of his shirt.]
That’s surprising...you’re so nice, Shuji-kun...and good looking. Maybe your admirers are just too nervous to give you stuff...
[He’ll cut himself off there. No one wants to hear self-deprecating talk when they’re trying to enjoy themselves.]
You’re not hard to talk to, Shuji-kun, it’s just that you’re, um... [A deep breath.] Well, you’re really good-looking...and that can be intimidating sometimes...
[He smiles through his nerves.]
But you’re also really nice, and kind, and helpful. I always come to you for advice before anyone else.
[And also glad that Atsushi still comes to him to talk, because Shuji isn't willing to be less good-looking, or less fashionable. That's too important to him for his own reasons.]
But you're really cute and I've never been too intimidated to talk to you, that doesn't sound right.
[It’s not long before they end up at the entrance of the forest, and Atsushi musters up all the courage he has before taking Shuji’s hand in his own and intertwining their fingers.]
Your favorite flowers are peach blossoms, right? Maybe we’ll see some.

It's really good. I wish I'd bought my friends chocolate from you this year.
[If he'd had a boyfriend, he might have just bought him chocolate from here anyway, this is so good.]
I don't know about admirers? I got some hersheys kisses and kitkat bars from my friends, sure, but that's not really the same thing.

[Makes it better? Makes it worse??]
I'm surprised you're not swamped with admirers yourself.

[Watch him sputter and blush as he tries to hide behind his latte.]
S-Shuji-kun...um...the truth is that I wanted to tell you something today.
[He finally scoots his coffee away to look Shuji in the eye, a gleam of determination in his eyes despite the blush on cheeks.]
These...these aren’t platonic friend chocolates. They’re...romantic ones...

Shuji's face goes bright, bright red, but for a moment his expression doesn't otherwise change.
Then he smiles wide.]
I like you too, Atsushi.
no subject
[Oh no, Shuji looks so cute when he blushes...and that smile...]
Then do you...
[He blushes fiercely as he shifts in his seat.]
Do you wanna be my boyfriend?
no subject
[He jumps out of his seat so he can come around and hug the crap out Atsushi. You're getting squeezed now, deal with it.]
no subject
I was worried because I thought maybe you liked someone else...
[He nuzzles into Shuji’s neck.]
I’ve never had a boyfriend before.
no subject
I hope I'm a good enough boyfriend for you.
[Just saying it makes him giddy. Boyfriend, boyfriend, boyfriend.]
no subject
[Atsushi blurts out the question before immediately looking bashful.]
I mean, if you want to.
no subject
[It doesn't really matter where they go, he'd just want to spend the time with Atsushi.]
no subject
[Atsushi actually hasn’t had time to go there since he moved to Recolle.]
Do you like to swim?
no subject
[He feels really awkward about saying this, because he just said 'anywhere', but-]
I've gotten a couple of drowning-related memories and I just don't want to ruin our date with something like that, I'm so sorry.
no subject
[That sounds so awful. Atsushi can’t even imagine.]
It’s okay, don’t be sorry! Um...what about the forest? Like a nature walk?
no subject
[Shuji's just glad he doesn't have to veto this one. Plus, it really does sound wonderful, walking through the forest with Atsushi, holding hands...]
no subject
[His first date ever, actually.]
Could we go right now?
[He’s already gathering his things. He’s so excited!]
no subject
[He can't waste them!!]

no subject
I don't know if they're in bloom now, but that'd be nice. Which flowers are your favorites?
no subject
[Not the most exotic or beautiful flower, but certainly sunny and cheerful.
Atsushi starts down one of the trails, careful not to pull Shuji along and instead walk beside him.]
Maybe we’ll see some birds.
[A grin.]
Cardinals kind of remind me of you.
no subject
[Shuji smiles with mischief dancing in his eyes.]
I'd ask what your absolute favorite bird is, but no matter what birds we find I'm sure you'll be much prettier than all of them.
no subject
[He’s never thought of himself as pretty...but he can’t just brush off a compliment. That would be rude.]
Um...I really like hummingbirds...they’re really cute...
