Maybe you're a freshman at college. Maybe you need someone to split the cost of renting an apartment. Maybe you're stuck in a creepy 50's-esque town and you've been assigned housing. Whatever the case, you're not living on your own: you have someone you're sharing living space with, whether you like it or not, and whether you like them or not.

Post your characters with name and canon in the header, find other characters to tag, you know the drill. Play the first meeting, or having been established as roommates for a while. Do whatever you want. I don't know your life.

Whoo! [Haruka raises her own glass, takes a sip, and coughs.] Why does it taste like that, anyway? You'd think they'd make this stuff taste good, since everyone loves it.

It's an 'acquired taste'. But this is cheap stuff anyway, so it tastes like shit even to me.

Just felt like it! And it's no fun drinking alone.

I guess. That'd just be sad, sad. I kind of miss my friends back home, anyway...

Baseball. [Haruka takes another sip and makes a face.] Y'know, I didn't even know how to play baseball? I just joined the team because I needed something to do that wasn't an official school club, and they scouted me because I was good at running away. But aside from that, we just did whatever would be fun! Secret tests of courage in the school, trying to start a band for fun, I think this one time before I joined they had to get a bunch of bugs out of trees. Cleaning the clubroom. That part wasn't fun.

Sounds like fun. I can't play baseball, but maybe some of the other guys stuck here know how?

I dunno. I was dead for a while, but it felt longer than it was and then it ended up undoing itself with, like, time travel or universes or something.
