But Odasaku doesn't really think of what he's doing right now, sitting down and playing video games with Dazai, as 'humoring' him. Even if he's not all that great at fighting games compared to Dazai, and even if it might be considered a little weird, a 20-year-old playing games with a 15-year-old...]

Oh, I lost again.

[...it's fun even when he loses, so he's playing.]

[He's nervous? Dazai hides it well, but he's apprehensive suddenly. He woke up this morning knowing he'd finally have part of Odasaku he never thought he'd get, but he's still full of questions. He's wondering if he should back out, but he's spent the days since their agreement trying to mentally and physically prepare himself. He'd think of Odasaku at night, touching himself and imagining how he'd feel. He let his mind run wild. But now that the day is here, he offers a guarded smile as he ushers his guest in.]

Did you want to eat some?

[tenimuho]

Maybe later. I'm not hungry for cake right now.

[...Maybe hungry for other things, but not for cake.

He'll just put his box down in the kitchen, then return.]

How has your day been?

[ninjou]

Yeah... me either.

[He'll wait patiently for Odasaku to return, staring at his feet, but his head snaps up and he looks like a man nervously emamored.]

Good. I got shot at. Third time this week.

[tenimuho]

Any injuries I need to avoid?

[Since... there'll be a lot of touching, later. He doesn't want to cause Dazai any pain.]

[ninjou]

No.

[Ah. Nervousness is about to show. He fusses with his coat a bit.]

I'm fine.

[tenimuho]

That's good.

[Odasaku can tell the signs of nervousness when he sees them. - They'll only ramp up if he just puts things off.

So, he leans in and murmurs in Dazai's ear.]

Happy birthday, Dazai. Do you want your present now?

[ninjou]

[He freezes, but his hands go to Odasaku's waist, and it's not to push him away. He breathes him in, slides his hands back behind Odasaku, and ducks his head against his shoulder.]

Go slow.

[tenimuho]

Of course.

[Odasaku kisses the top of Dazai's head, wrapping his arms around Dazai in return.]

I'll be gentle.

[ninjou]

[Sighing, then swallowing, he turns his head and presses a kiss to Odasaku's neck.]

I'm nervous. I won't lie.

[tenimuho]

That's normal. We don't have to go all the way, if you don't want to tonight.

[ninjou]

[And to think Odasaku was the reluctant one.]

I want to. I want... well. You.

[tenimuho]

[He's made a promise and he'll keep it.]

Alright. Do you want to take this to your room?

[It'd be easier to start there than to move during the middle, even if it's awkward now.]

[ninjou]

[And Dazai will be glad in a while, when he's happily being taken, that that promise was made.]

Yeah. That's fine. Should I take my clothes off or something?

[tenimuho]

Not right now. You said go slow.

I'll take them off you later.

[...does he know which one is Dazai's room.]

[ninjou]

[Oh. He's confused. Dazai takes his hand and holds it for a few moments, then begins to pull him in the direction of his room. He made sure the bed was nicely made and the lights are soft, and there are useful things stashed in his drawer beside the bed. Everything is as ready as it can be.]

I've been... I've been thinking about this a lot. What it'll be like. How you look. I'm excited.

[Odasaku follows where he's being pulled.]

Is that so?

[He doesn't want to presume what Dazai's 'thinking about it' is like, but it's flattering anyway.]

I've thought about it too.

[ninjou]

Yes. It's completely true.

[He closes the door once they're inside, then steps back and pulls Odasaku into him.]

Should I be quiet?

[tenimuho]

You don't have to. You don't have to be loud either. You should just try to enjoy yourself.

[Odasaku tangles a hand in Dazai's hair, and leans down for a proper kiss.]

[ninjou]

I will.

[He accepts the kiss, embraces Odasaku and leans into him for the first time, not sitting and awkward, but standing, bodies flush, his chin tipped up so their lips can meet.]

[tenimuho]

[It's a better kiss this way - he can just focus on the warmth of Dazai's lips against his, how perfectly they fit together. No awkward bending required as he deepens the kiss.

The hand that isn't in Dazai's hair holds Dazai close to him.]

[ninjou]

[He wants more. He thinks he'll always want more. But he's letting Odasaku lead for now, and the kiss is mesmerizing, joyous to him even in its simplicity. This is everything he wanted. Even if somehow they don't end up physically intimate, he's still happy.]

[Somehow. It's unlikely.

After what feels like a million years of kissing him and yet not enough at the same time, Odasaku pulls away just enough to kiss down Dazai's jaw instead. His hand doesn't leave Dazai's hair, gently running through the strands.]

[ninjou]

[This is fine, The kisses moving, his lips exploring elsewhere... all fine. He can't help a little breathy laugh as he grips Odasaku's arms. He's not pushing him away. Instead, he's grounding himself.]

Keep doing that... It's good on my neck.

[tenimuho]

[Odasaku makes a soft sound of acknowledgement, trailing his kisses down Dazai's neck. He can't reach much with Dazai's shirt still on, and what he can reach is mostly covered with bandages, but he does his best. He sucks gently, not hard enough to leave marks even underneath the strips of cloth.]

[ninjou]

[Oh. Dazai wears the bandages all the time, so it doesn't occur to him that he should probably have taken them off. Or... be taking them off. He wants Odasaku to see him, if they're going to do this, nothing hidden on his part, no secrets. He won't care what Odasaku does, but he doesn't want to be anything but completely bared to him.

He breathes, steadies himself. He lets out a little hum of contentment. Slowly, he'll descend into nothing but want.]
