I do believe I'm in the mood for Tarot readings. Would anyone like one?

[A deck is on the table in front of her.]

Simply focus on your question while shuffling the deck, and inform me of your question when you return the deck to me. Then I can read you your fortune.

[Tohko stares at the cards for a moment, trying to think of a question, before sighing.]

I'm sorry..if it all right if we have two questions instead of one?

I'm pretty late on meme tags but I don't mind if you don't mind lateness~

Thank you! [Tohko carefully picks up the deck, shuffles it as best she can, and puts it back down again.]

First..will my true self be accepted? Second..will I find love? [Konoha and Rei would probably smack her for that last question, but it's something she's interested in.]

And then I was even later.

Three cards for each, to match their equal importance.

The card to its left is the Five of Cups. These represent a loss in your life, or a regret.

Then, the Nine of Pentacles. Discipline, refinement, and self-reliance.

It may well be that you will find love, but not forever... you are still young, and shouldn't expect to have the love of your life at such an age. It is not a loss to try a relationship that doesn't last.

[Tohko thinks about what she has to say. On the one hand..Rei has told her that fortunes can be thrown to the wayside. On the other hand..the first fortune is pretty good. It may not be true..but if it is, it really is a blessing. However..the second card is not as promising, as while it says that it won't be a loss for her if it doesn't work out, it might be a loss to the other party. Eventually, she nods.]

I see..if it's not a problem, I have one last question. If it does not last, how badly will the other party be hurt?

[harpbeat]

[Three cards, flipped over as she speaks of them.]

One of the cards is the Page of Swords. The Swords suit represents intellectual and mental force, truth, and justice.

The second card... ah, the Tower. A great calamity or a downfall.

The third card is the Knight of Cups. The Knights need to strike a balance, in this case, in the Cups' area of emotions and sensitivity.

Your other party may be deeply hurt, but will need to balance the emotional response to a love ending with their reasonable mind that knows that many things do not last.

[Tohko sighed as she heard that. Enoch knew that things like this would always come to an end when mortals were involved..and while Tohko wouldn't mind, she knew that those partings hurt him deeply, even though he knew that they wouldn't last. And, considering where they were now, striking out a balance might be even harder. But..the reading seemed accurate, so she nodded.]
