Goodness, it has been far too long since I did Tarot readings! My cards have been collecting dust, and that simply won't do.

[A deck is on the table in front of her.]

Simply focus on your question while shuffling the deck, and inform me of your question when you return the deck to me. Then I can read your fortune.

[Any game, any character will be read with a real shuffling of a real Tarot deck!]

If you ask a question, should you not be prepared for an answer?

[She's not a very polite person, dainty appearances aside.]

[ well - just unthinkable, apparently. ]

If I'm better prepared next time for whichever answer, do you do second readings? I don't know what the going rate is for tarot readings.

[She barely has to interpret that.]

for someone of certainty, anything but "yes" or "no" questions don't immediately come to mind. after a few moments of thought, considering what might be a more open question: ]

... What will my love life look like, in the future?

[harpbeat]

[Eater deals three cards.]

King of Cups. A man who is wise, caring, and calm. May represent a person or simply an energy.

Four of Cups. Self-absorption, apathy, withdrawing from others.

Ace of Swords. The mental energy of the swords suit: truth, justice, and intelligence.

A King is the culmination of the suit's themes, so in that sense the King of Cups is a good sign for any romantic question - but the Four of Cups stands as a warning that you could very well push people away, for one reason or another. Be honest with yourself and with others and you will find success in love.
