Call out one of the characters from my muselist with a starter, a prompt, a general 'hey can we do something with these characters' comment, a smoke signal, etc., and I'll get back to you with some kind of RP thread!
[Does it make it better that Akutagawa's being so affectionate? Does it make it worse? Either way, that's how things are right now.
Shuji tries to catch his breath. For a minute he can't speak, or move, or even try to look at Akutagawa over his shoulder. He has nothing to say that he hasn't already said.
So what does leave his lips...]
...I'll see you in class tomorrow.
[...is something stupid and meaningless.
He tries to straighten up and immediately winces. He's too sensitive, as Akutagawa had said. Hopefully the soreness fades by his next class.]
[ he supposes there isn't much else to say given the location and situation. akutagawa isn't exactly expecting pillow talk or a heartfelt conversation, so he removes his condom before tying the end of it and tossing it in the wastebasket by tsushima-sensei's desk. he'll probably have to change the bag before leaving the classroom anyway, so he's not worried about someone finding it.
after tucking himself back in, he gives his teacher's back one final stroke. ]
Yes, Sensei. I look forward to our lesson.
[ and with that, he leaves the room, though he doesn't raise the blinds on his way out. tsushima-sensei will probably want a bit of time to himself, he imagines. ]
[Shuji has to take a minute. He puts his clothes back in order, fixes his hair so it's less obviously post-coital, makes sure there aren't stains on his desk. While he's busying himself with those minor tasks, he decides what he's going to do - ask his senior for advice.
Specifically, Mori-sensei. He's been in this school longer than anyone else, and he's the literature club's sponsor. If anyone can give advice on Akutagawa, it would be Mori-sensei.
Once he's made himself presentable, he heads to Mori's office. Mori is in, thankfully, and Shuji relays the story of everything that's happened as best as he can repeat it.
Mori's advice is.
Well.
It's advice.
Shuji can't even say that it's wrong advice. Mori points out that Shuji is the only teacher Akutagawa's bonded with, and he doesn't even have any close friends at school, and Shuji might be the one to turn his life around. He can't in good conscience push him away. And if that means putting up with his affections, in the long run it's worth it for Akutagawa's future, isn't it? All of this makes sense up until the part where it involves opening himself up to the possibility of having sex with Akutagawa again.
But his student's happiness and future will always win for Shuji. And so, reluctantly, he agrees.
Class the next day is almost unnervingly routine. Akutagawa is there in class, and while Shuji doesn't make eye contact, he doesn't let Akutagawa's presence visibly throw him off during the lesson.
After the lesson is a different story, but - at least for now he can continue to be the good, caring teacher that so attracted Akutagawa to begin with.]
[ things seem to return to normalcy so easily; akutagawa is about as active as he usually is in class, and even approaches his teacher's desk when the period is over to ask for clarification on something that needed to be read for tonight's homework. even that was done without ceremony; he got his answer, and left it at that.
during literature club "activities" after school, mori-sensei let akutagawa know that tsushima-sensei was worried about him and came to him for advice. mori-sensei only asks that akutagawa be gentle with poor tsushima-sensei.
hah.
akutagawa leaves the bloody mess he'd made to the cleaners, and instead ditches his uniform top in a trash can on the other side of the city before making his way back to campus. he makes a stop at the front desk to let someone know he needs new uniform shirts. thankfully the wait for them won't be too long; they just need the school patches pressed on.
rather than linger in the lobby, akutagawa makes his way back to his literature classroom, where sure enough, tsushima-sensei is there. in much the same manner as yesterday, akutagawa walks inside. hopefully he can't say he's in the mood to listen to tsushima-sensei possibly bitch him out about being on school grounds, even if it's for club activities, in just an undershirt, but akutagawa is sure he'll understand. ]
Good afternoon, Sensei.
[ akutagawa closes the door behind him-- click goes the lock, but he doesn't make any further moves just yet. ]
[He can't even say he's surprised to hear Akutagawa's voice. There is a moment of hesitation before he sets his pen down and looks away from the papers on his desk.]
Good afternoon, Akutagawa.
[Again he's grading papers. Again Akutagawa finds him there and locks the door. It's all too similar, except-]
Did something happen to your shirt?
[Even after yesterday, Shuji still tries not to assume that Akutagawa is at fault.]
[ he blinks at the question, as if surprised he isn't being met with some form of suspicion. deep down, he sort of is. this sort of thing has happened several times before, and akutagawa can't remember a single time where he wasn't at least given a suspicious side-glance. most other teachers either knew why or had their guesses as to why literature club students were always going through their uniforms.
tsushima-sensei being more concerned than annoyed is...refreshing. akutagawa clears his throat behind his fist. ]
No. Just an irreparable tear. I'm having a new set prepared as we speak.
[ akutagawa takes a few steps towards the window, his fingers curling around the string holding the blinds up, though he doesn't lower them just yet. ]
Do you believe me? Since it's you, I'll sit through yet another lecture, but before you start, just know that it isn't anything I haven't heard before.
[ he looks over his shoulder at his teacher, watching him for a moment for any trace of dishonesty, but he finds none. he isn't particularly surprised, but that innocent belief in him makes akutagawa's expression soften, though he does huff at the naivete. it's kind of funny to him.
he finally lowers the blinds. ]
You would be the first to believe a student of the literature club for something like this. Me, especially.
[ after he approaches, he lifts a hand and curls it around the back of tsushima-sensei's neck. ]
But that's why I like you so much, Tsushima-sensei.
[Shuji's first instinct is to jerk away, and he does start to pull back before he stops himself. Remember that Akutagawa has no other teachers he bonds with so closely, remember it's for his future. Lie back and think of your students... except that's the problem in the first place.]
...Whatever the rumors about you may be - even if they were true, you're my student. I'm supposed to support you, not assume the worst about you.
[In this case, and only this case, it really doesn't matter what the literature club has been up to. Shuji is meant to advocate for Akutagawa, not drag him down.]
But... thank you, Akutagawa.
[His cheeks are tinged red, and his gaze is fixed on a spot on the wall rather than Akutagawa himself.]
[ those kind words are almost laughable in how wrong tsushima-sensei is about akutagawa and the lit club, but he says nothing because such pure-hearted words and sincere faith in him is...touching, he supposes. akutagawa can't quite believe it. ]
Such kind words, when you can't even look at me, Sensei.
[ stepping forward, he pulls tsushima-sensei towards him as well, their noses brushing, their lips barely a soft breath away. ]
Are you ashamed of trusting me? Does facing the rest of the faculty while they know you support me embarrass you?
[So close, Shuji can't avoid looking at Akutagawa any longer. The red in his cheeks is only getting worse, and yet-]
I'm not ashamed of supporting you at all.
[He's being honest. Anyone with even the slightest skill at reading people would know. Wanting to support his students is something that Shuji is not and will never be ashamed of.
That's not what embarrasses Shuji.
He grips the bottom hem of his shirt, trying to suppress the urge to fidget.]

[There's no trace of doubt in Shuji's answer, no reservation. Akutagawa says he tore his shirt, so he tore it - that's the end of the story.]
I used to tear my clothes all the time. Really, I'm lucky the teachers don't have to wear uniforms too.
[He has never been the most coordinated of people, and age hasn't made him all that much more graceful.
He sees Akutagawa with his hand on the blinds, but he doesn't comment or even look particularly distressed.]
