[One of the benefits of living in or near Toyko is being able to visit the National Library. For a bookworm like Tsumugi, it's especially a plus.

Not all of the library is open to the public, of course, and there are areas where you can read books but not check them out of the building. But some of it functions like a normal library, and it's in one of those areas that a walking stack of books approaches Tsumugi.

It's actually just a relatively short person carrying a large stack of books that completely obscures his face. It's wobbling a little, and he's so focused on making sure that the books don't get jostled too much that he has no idea that he's about to walk right into someone.]

Is it your first time here? It's a little overwhelming before you get used to it.

It is! I don't always go to Tokyo, but I always make a beeline for the library whenever I go here. It reminds me of home, in a way.

I was actually going to just get a couple of books, but Akutagawa-san wanted me to pick up another novel while I was here, and then Kikuchi-san asked, and before you know it I had a whole list.

[Maybe someone else should have come with. Someone who could see over the stack of books.]
