non-trial Alice murdergame stuff

This post is basically a catch-all for stuff from a pretend murdergame round and Alice, because throwing her in there could only be a good idea, right.

Hit me up with anything at any point! Introductions, weekly stuff, parties, afterparties, even the final investigation I don't care. I just want to play her in this kind of setting with this kind of CR.

Her title is Restrictive because I'm mean.

[They had all been watching the goings on of the trial, cheering their friends on, praying for their victory.

But once they left the trial room the ability of the dead to watch the proceedings was cut off, and they were on their own. What now? Were they going to move on? Or were they trapped here forever?

Zeroken was trying to cheer the others up, but even he was starting to despair when-

-he was suddenly shocked awake, yipping in shock and skittering to his feet]

W-wha-?!

Zeroken!

[She'd recognize that voice and that face anywhere. A look of pure delight crosses her features, and this time, for once, it isn't faked.

Alice approaches Zeroken with quick steps. Around them, other members of the dead are reappearing, but they're not important right now. She's not normally the impulsive type, but if there's ever an occasion to be overwhelmed by emotion-

She leans down and smooches him right on the lips.

Welcome back.]

A-ali- mmrmph!

[His words get eaten by the kiss. His face bursts into bright red and he manages a very subpar kiss back before he really thinks about it]

[Aww. It's okay, surprise and inexperience are a bad combination.

After a few moments, she breaks the kiss and steps back enough to let him catch his breath.]

I missed you ♥

[That was probably pretty obvious.]

Whoa, I'd be in trouble if you WEREN'T happy to see me!

Ahaha... I guess I got a little carried away there.

[She rubs the back of her neck, a bit sheepish.]

It's okay, I kinda liked it.

[He looks about to do something, then pauses and turns red, his ears drooping a bit]

I uh... was gonna make it all dramatic and kiss you, but I just realized I can't reach.

For you, all you have to do is say the word.

[But instead she reaches for his hand.]

But maybe not in front of everyone else? I think we're getting dirty looks.

[Indeed, the more conservative members of their party are shooting 'do you have to do that here' looks their way.]

[He growls slightly- and like always it's less like an actual wolf and more like someone pretending to be one]

What, you wanna fight! I'll bite you, don't think I won't-!

[He looks back up at Alice, squeezing her hand and puffing out his chest like he was going to be all determined about this. He refuses to be dictated by good sense or manners!]

No way, I'm gonna give you that kiss. I just came back to life I can do what I want.

[They look away. It's definitely not because any of them were scared of him, that's for sure.]

I can't argue with that!

[She bends so that she's on his level again. Do your worst.]

[And he goes for it!

...it's not very good. Not as bad as earlier, but really he is going off movies at best, and with his fangs there's some clicking of teeth that is more terrifying then attractive. But it's sweet and adorably chaste and when he's done he looks so pleased with himself.]

[When he pulls back she straightens up - and almost immediately tries to smoosh him into her chest.]

Is it possible that you got even cuter?

[Because seriously that was adorable.]

[He yips, squirming for a beat before giving in. Back to life and free he could break away easily with his restored demon strength, but it's habit to just relent now]

N-no way, that was supposed to be dramatic and romantic, not cute-!

[Guess who's getting ear scritches again, I bet he missed those.]

I don't mean it in a bad way.

[he sure did, and just... decides he's gonna stay right here against her chest. It's nice]

Man, a maiden's heart is a mysterious thing.

It's true. It's the most mysterious thing you'll ever encounter. You're so straightforward by comparison - it's one of the things I like about you.

[He remembered her at trials. At HIS trial. And he had seen every one since. And while he had faith, he was also not a complete idiot.

He liked Alice a lot. But he wasn't sure he could handle being led along]

I have trouble trusting people. I have trouble trusting people in normal situations, let alone in places where people are encouraged to kill each other. I believe the world is an inherently cruel place, and that the strong eating the weak is the natural order of things.

...But I've met good people here. People who love and trust each other with their whole beings. People who make me want to try to be a better person to live up to the faith they put in me.

And you are the most dazzling one.

[he turns bright red, and tries to hide his face in her chest. Even though there isn't really a 'chest' to hide in, he manages it between her torso and his abundance of semi-loose hair-fur. But his ears ruin the effect, being even redder then his face]

N-no way-! But.... I'm glad. The Netherworlds are like that too. But you gotta... you gotta find those people you can believe in. It can be pretty scary, because if you let people in they can turn around and bite you really easy. But... otherwise, it's just too lonely.

So-

[He peeks up, expression happy even though his eyes are pinpricked with tears]

-I'm really happy for you, Alice!

[Stop being cute oh my god that's all too cute.]

It was really scary, when I realized I was starting to like the people here.

[Starting to: she hadn't given a damn about any of them for a good few weeks, even Zeroken. It was only gradually that she grew to actually care about any of them - and even then, she still shut them out of her heart at trials, for her own wellbeing. Because that's what she'd always done.]

But I couldn't have done it without you.

Well, I don't think anyone's expecting you to become some peace and love type or anything. Heh, I think that's pretty impossible.

But... as long as you're happy I guess I'll just have to take credit!

[He's trying to manage some of his bluster, but it's not very convincing (if it ever was) and more tired and extremely affectionate. If Alice DID suddenly become a pure maiden full of hope and love for everyone it'd scare him to death and make him wonder if she cracked her head]

[She giggles at that - nope, it's not happening.]

I'm pretty sure I still hate the world. I just love a few people in it, that's all.

[His eyes sparkle and if he had a tail it'd be wagging]

Uhhh... just about the same I did over There, I guess? I don't hurt or anything. I don't even have any marks from... you know.

[His execution had been rather brutal- an ironic echo of the abuse he had abandoned his idol to back home. Only, thank god, much much shorter.]
