Have you ever been in Aather? Have you ever played a Heart Game? If you haven't, that's the guide for building your own, but here are the basics of this meme!

-Plan out the layout of your character's heart.
-Post with the entranceway into your character's heart.
-Other characters will enter and start making their way around more-or-less blindly trying not to (or trying to?) screw anything up.
-Remember, changes can and do happen and affect later entrants as well!
-Why is this happening? That's something you can decide based on 'well it's a meme' or 'trying to work this with game canon' or whatever.
-I'm not really good at explaining things, but this Heart Game shows a bit of how a successful game is organized.

*Retasu's head is starting to spin. Maybe she should shut them all off and play them one at a time?*

[They have both pause and stop buttons. Which is she pressing?]

*She pauses all of them. They might be important! First one... play.*

[This is Diarmuid's.]

If you want to leave, you should leave. I would be unable to forgive myself if either of us remained solely out of obligation.

B-but he loves you. *She fast forwards it to see if it says anything else.*

I am tired of everyone but myself directing when and how my romantic life progresses!

[His voice has risen in anger, a rare thing for Diarmuid.]

*She shuts it off in shock and stares, gaping at it for a moment. Did she just screw something up?*

[The room is silent with all the tape players either paused or stopped.]

*She did screw something up, didn't she? Shakily, she presses "play" on the next one.*

[It's hers.]

Yes, you act like a boyfriend when you consider yourself to be acting like a friend, but that's who you are and it means that we're not scaring you or annoying you anymore.

*Does that mean that was the wrong thing to say...? Ah, um. Maybe she should press Kasumi-san's. She always says something nice.*

[Kasumi's voice now comes on while Retasu continues with things she's said.]

Even though the memories were an invention of the community, it must be very different to be suddenly alone.

Poor Issei... *She takes a deep breath and raises her voice.* Y-you aren't alone! We all care about you! I don't even know if you'll hear this, but--!

[Her own tape player starts repeating what she just said.]

*Nervously, she presses "play" on the stopped cassette, wondering why that feeling she had was so ominous.*

[Nothing happens.]

N-no. Ah, maybe it's at the end -- maybe I need to rewind it...? *Tries D:*

[That doesn't work either. She may also have noticed that Diarmuid's name has disappeared off the label.]

No. I've wrecked everything. I'm sorry. I thought it was a normal cassette player, I'm sorry! *;A;*

[The Retasu player now repeats 'I've wrecked everything, I'm sorry' while Kasumi gives comforting advice.]

*She might not be in any shape to continue. Considering that there doesn't appear to be any way to fix it.*

[Eventually she may decide that she wants to turn the paused tapes back on. Those ones will turn back on all right.]

*She does do that, before curling up into a sobbing heap not wanting to move.*

[In that racket? That's impressive. In a horrible kind of way.]

*Somebody heeeelp she's screwed everything up and ruined his life forever. Again. ;;*
