[Normally, most people would probably be a little disturbed by being told something like that. And in some ways, he is, if he actually stops to think about it too hard.

But not nearly as much as he is suddenly flustered by that comment, losing whatever ability he had to keep his face from turning pink in response. At least he doesn't do something embarrassing like dropping the broom in his hands too.]

But after that first time... well, it's hard to say if Camatotz had meant for it to feel that intimate at the time, the rather simple act of consuming his blood, but it had certainly felt that way to Manjoume, someone who has practically never even held hands with anyone before then. Has led him to perhaps consider momentarily an impure thought or two about Camazotz taking it with his lips pressed against Manjoume's wrist. What it might be like against Manjoume's neck.

But he tries to school his expression rather than allow such impure thoughts to be made obvious on his face, keep his tone natural when he responds.]

[Listen, if Camazotz expected his priests to have pure thoughts all the time, he wouldn't be shirtless. And Manjoume has definitely gotten a glimpse of a long tongue.

He's taken it from the arm, before. An easy way to take it, with no issues covering up the marks left by his fangs if Manjoume so chooses. But today, Camazotz takes Manjoume's chin in his hand to bare his neck to him, and lowers his head.]

Hold still. [His breath is hot over Manjoume's skin before his fangs pierce into his flesh, just enough for blood to well to the surface, which Camazotz drinks eagerly.]

[Manjoume has indeed noticed both of those things... it didn't really help with keeping him from having impure thoughts.

Initially, Manjoume starts to hold out his arm, but then Camazotz suddenly reaches for his chin, tilting his head to provide the perfect angle for... oh. For a split second he considers that maybe the other did intuit his desire to find out what it would be like from a different spot than usual, and then there's the momentary second of fear upon feeling teeth against his neck, a sensation he hasn't felt before.

But he would dare not deny his God what he seeks, and obediently holds still as instructed. Even if it is only just deep enough for the blood to rise to meet the gods lips, there's the initial pain of being bitten that has him grip the broom still in his hands so tightly he thinks it might splinter under his fingers. But he tries to take some pride in the fact that he hasn't dropped it to let it clatter on the floor yet, or collapsed entirely like some delicate flower, or even screamed in response to it, instead just a loud, sharp intake of air at the feeling before gritting his teeth to try to refrain from crying out further.

(Or god forbid, making any noise that might get interpreted as moaning or begging the like...)

That's the first thought that crosses his mind, the realization that his God has definitely caught on to his curious, potentially sinful thoughts, quickly followed by the self-criticizing Well obviously. It was stupid to think I could ever hide anything from him.

He almost opens his mouth to speak, but then closes it again momentarily at the reminder of it being a sin to tell lies. Not that he had been planning to do so, because it would be shameful to lie to the being he has devoted himself to. The shame of that would kill him first before the shame of admitting to anything. But it's still daunting, nonetheless.

So he sucks in a breath and licks his own lips to escape the suddenly dry feeling in his mouth, trying not to let the hand at his chin be too distracting to where he can't answer clearly when he finally responds.]

Camazotz kisses fiercely, like everything else he does. Manjoume by comparison is dressed far more formally in the uniform-like attire of the priests that belong to his sect, but it feels far more stuffier than usual, an uncomfortable heat burning under the skin not being helped by all the layers overtop. But Manjoume doesn't make any moves to adjust his collar or something to try to alleviate it, his hands still not having left his God's wrists just yet. Like as if the moment he lets go, this moment will disappear and he'll be alone in the room again with just himself and the cleaning supplies.]

[If he says it, it is divine truth. To say otherwise is sacrilege.

Camazotz goes in for another kiss, just as deep and demanding as the first one. This time he presses more of his body flush to Manjoume's, body heat doing nothing to help that burning feeling. He's not sorry at all.]

[He's about to apologize for having potentially insinuated that Camazotz would ever tell lies, but then the god is claiming his lips again, muffling his words before he can speak. More of the other man than he has ever felt before is pressed up against him, and even despite the difference between the number of layers both of them are wearing, he wonders for a dizzying second if Camazotz can feel what kind of effect they're having on him the longer they keep kissing like this.

Then again, that's almost nothing in comparison to the fact that the other man doesn't have nearly as many layers as he does to hide such things. And while Manjoume would never dare be so disrespectful to let his eyes wander anywhere other than the other's face (and sometimes bare chest...) when they spoke, now he's very suddenly reminded of that fact and can't help but wonder if he were to glance down: Is he having the same effect on Camazotz that the other inspires in him...?]
