[When they got back, Yuu's parents had welcomed them back, fed them, and asked questions about how the music retreat was, but they had to leave for the rest of the night and apologetically left the two of them alone. Yuu had expected Chiyome to get a little excited -- she'd looked anxious the whole time they were there -- but she certainly hadn't expected to get scooped up and carried to her bedroom again. Even if she was clinging.]

Chiyome-chan?!

[Yuu's parents are wonderful people and Chiyome's sorry for wishing they would leave faster, but also: girlfriend.]

Forgive me, my lady. Should I put you down?

I -- [She has to think about this.] I... think it's fine, actually. It's embarrassing, but I really like it, too, so...

[Her face is so red.]

I can be a little embarrassing in private, correct?

[Wonderful. Chiyome squeezes her a little closer, carrying her to her bedroom before gently depositing her on her bed.]

[She buries her blushing face in Chiyome's shoulder with a quick squeeze and pulls back, nervously smiling.]

I still can't believe any of this is really going on. Actually, anything from since I first summoned you.

It is difficult to imagine I could be so lucky.

[Sits next to Yuu on the bed, taking her hand in hers.]

[She holds Chiyome's hand with a smile, turning to face her.]

I know you say it isn't bad that I summoned you. Even so, I'm going to keep working to make you happy here.

[And brief hesitation, until --]

Is there a limit? To how long you can stay here?

If something were to happen to you - if you lived a more dangerous life, then I could not continue to exist here without you. But that should not be an issue for you for many, many years yet.

[Yu has a long life ahead of her.]

[She exhales with relief and leans closer, balancing herself on the bed with her other hand.]

I'm glad, Chiyome-chan. I'll try my best to make everything work out well for us. Okay?

[And, face still flushed, Yuu gives her a quick, chaste kiss.]

[It's a wonderful, sweet kiss. Adorable even. But as soon as it ends, Chiyome finds herself chasing Yu's lips for another one. And another after that. And one more for good measure.]

[Her heart is beating and the panic is instant, saying maybe she should take a break or something, this is way too nice. But instead, Yuu keeps going, shifts on the bed so she can take her free hand and put it on Chiyome's back.]

[Yuu is too terribly cute, and deserves all the nice things in the world. And it would be Chiyome's pleasure to give them to her. She threads a hand in her hair, pulling back just enough to speak.]

[She takes a moment to breathe and look away, then turns back, focused on Chiyome.]

I just sometimes feel like it is. I'm always having to tell myself things aren't what they look like, and then you... you actually turned out to feel the same way, and I don't know what to do. Maybe it's that it feels too nice. I feel like I don't deserve it, even if you're always praising me.

[sninja]

[Hm... that is a problem. Chiyome could tell her endlessly that she deserves the world, and Yu would never believe it. So instead-]

You wish for me to say what I want more often, correct?

[She blinks, tenses up a little, and relaxes, studying Chiyome's face.]

I think it would help. I know you're my Servant, but I don't want to pressure you or anything.

[sninja]

I want to kiss you, at great length and with enthusiasm. Is that okay?

[27gfsandcounting]

[She takes a surprised, slow, steadying breath. Nods. And only lets go of Chiyome's hand so she can throw her arms around her and clumsily, happily kiss her again.]

[As promised, the kiss is long and enthusiastic. Chiyome threads her hand in Yuu's hair as she kisses her deeply, until even a Servant needs to pause for breath.]

[Yuu doesn't know what to react to. Her face is deep red, hands gripping her shoulders, pulling back barely just to catch her breath and then nuzzling Chiyome's face.]

Wow... You're really good at this. You must've had a lot of girlfriends before. --I mean, not in a bad way, I just -- it's good! [panic]

I didn't date very much before my marriage, but you do learn a few skills afterward.

[just casually like yeah she was married before]

You were married when you were alive? But you're my age! ...I mean, unless you're actually 100 years old, I guess...

I guess that's true... Sorry, I must be really disappointing to you.

[She still hugs her tight, though, nuzzling and twirling her fingers around one of Chiyome's pigtails.]

You are wonderful, my lady. [Chiyome smooches her cheek.] Absolutely perfect.

[Yuu pulls back and smiles nervously, one hand going up to stroke Chiyome's hair.]

Are you really sure about that? I mean, if you say so, but I don't even know what I'm doing. And you always make me happy.
