[It's blurted out impulsively, before Noel can really process all the reasons why he shouldn't ask. He doesn't want to make things awkward between them, they both have issues with being comfortable with their own bodies, etc. etc., but... Beato is lovely and warm and his friend.]

[ The witch's eyes widen momentarily, but already she can feel it coming before he says it. She considers for a moment, before resting her hand on his, bringing her face closer.

He has kissed before, once, here. So he's not a complete beginner, but all the same it's tentative when he presses his lips to hers. Gentle, almost hesitant.]

[ Regardless of how he thought of himself, he was utterly charming. Confidence was something she'd had to create for herself brick by brick, a story she'd needed to tell. A lie that she forced herself to believe. Noel acts for more naturally, and it's utterly enchanting.

[If he let his nervousness keep him from doing anything, he'd never do anything. Even just leaning into her gentle touch makes his heart flutter in his chest.]

[ She laughs lightly, and kisses him instead, pulling lightly on his lower lip with her fangs as she draws away. ]
