Post-Once Upon PSL Post

[Welcome to Azakawa.

It's a small village tucked away in the mountains. There's really nothing particularly notable about it, except maybe for the more spiritually sensitive who will hear the hate and resentment coming from the spirits of the forest if they get near. (But Suga will tell you not to get near.)

The museum is usually near-empty save for Suga and C-ta, and sometimes Pericles if he's visiting. Suga will foist glowstone charms off on anyone who visits - he has enough to spare and he's happy to finally be able to do something to protect his friends. You can read about the history of the village and the Kotori Obake.

Every now and then you'll overhear something unpleasant - like a village official telling Suga to give up on his superstitious nonsense and let the museum be torn down already, it's not his problem that Suga is too creepy to get another job. Suga seems entirely used to this kind of treatment.

It's not a big deal. He has friends here now, and he's happy. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of him.]

[Suga should probably speak up in this person's defense - he knows how dangerous Pericles can be when angered - but honestly? That guy can get fucked.]

He shouldn't be too hard to find.

[Let's see, usually at this time, he's at the village's one park practicing his baseball pitching, right...?

Sure enough, when they reach the park, there he is. Still more handsome than Suga, in Suga's opinion, although to anyone else they're probably not that far apart.]

[That guy can indeed get fucked, and it is Suga's feelings about that that makes Pericles just a little bit happier.

He nods before they start making their way. He's already forming a plan before Suga agrees to leading the way. It's a bit on the simple side, but simple never was a bad thing, all things considered. Simple could be preferred, in many instances.

He leans a bit closer to Suga to whisper something in his ear.]

Vhen I speak, act as zough you only hear the sounds of a normal birt.

[Pericles doesn't give any time to respond before he leaves Suga's shoulder, landing near the other man, a scowl on his face as he speaks.]

[The man flubs his pitch completely and looks around. There's nobody here to talk - except for Suga, who looks quizzically back at him like 'what'?]

[He's been pitching out here for a while, the heat might be getting to him.]

[He looks down. There's a bird. Birds can't talk.

[Yeah, bye, he's out of here as fast as his legs can take him, getting weird looks from other people in the park in the process.

[Casually fluttering back onto Suga's shoulder and whispering again.]

Sink nosing of it. If someone is disrespectful enough try somesing like flirting wis Herr Yuuta in front of your face? Zey've more than earned a little suffering.

[Heading back to the museum so that Pericles doesn't have to keep whispering.]

I hope Yuuta does get to make friends here - he's not used to being disliked. Just... maybe not with that guy.

[Annoying to know those types are here too, but at least he removed the most prominent one for the time being.

And he's thankful for the return to the museum, fresh air is nice but also speaking without scaring people in hearing range.]

Hopefully someone more tolerable can be found, zough as long as you spoke to him about the issue, I am sure we vill not be hearing from him again.

To be fair, it is not an emotion zat is often seen from you. You tend to be raser forgiving-even to people zat may not deserve it.

[Seriously, he still has half a mind to go to Jack's and McGillis' worlds to make them fail in whatever they have planned.]

It wasn't personal before. Those two had wishes that were worth killing a near-stranger over and that near-stranger happened to be me.

It's kind of hard not to take someone who keeps touching your boyfriend right in front of you personally.

I feel as zough they are bos incredibly personal, considering the former is still ending the life of somevone you have known for arount five weeks-and zat does not even go into the actual pain zat death brings.

Zough I still understand your anger in zat situation. I may never plan to be in a romantic relationship, but I woult certainly be upset if someone vere to try zat in front of me.

You could visit Nageki's world, but that has its own problems...

[How does Pericles feel about his partner being much larger than him.]

True. It woult be an issue to explain vhy I am...so small in comparison to ozers.

[He is not sure if he could get that message across without it sounding wrong.]

Additionally, I am not sure if I woult actually be interested in romance. It is not somesing I have ever consitered before.

[Before, most of his thoughts were focused on the entity. Getting its power and everything that came with it. Now that he had a life of his own...he wasn't fully sure what to do with it.]

As long as you're happy, that's what really matters.

[Plenty of people - humans and birds alike - are fine without romance in their lives.]
