GENERIC MURDERGAME R3
the psl of the Murdergame That Never Was
You've awoken in a creepy goth carnival, with a rasping moth man informing you that you've entered a tournament as part of a greater Ritual. The ritual will be complete, and the living returned to their world, when only one participant remains. If no one kills, then Grimm will be forced to provide a little extra incentive to get things moving.
Whether you like it or not, you're part of a murdergame.
reply to this post with a character in this hypothetical murdergame, thread out downtime, motive reactions, trials, deadland, etc. i don't run your life

[Grimm hasn't made a secret that Luca's near-complete lack of memories is concerning to him.]

Oh... They're still coming back... Piecemeal...
[ The good news is, he's managing to recover considerable chunks as the weeks go on. Last week started with him excitedly telling everyone he was close to how he was once the apprentice to the most famous inventor in town, and how their greatest creation was so close to being complete...
Which makes his dismal mood this morning all the more concerning. Something must have gone terribly wrong... ]

[The total change in mood is hard to miss.]

Yeah. But at least I realized why my memory's so bad.
[ He doesn't want to talk about it, and he doesn't want to give the host information that could be used against him. ]

It can be a relief to know, even if the answer is unpleasant.

[ There's a small, weary smirk. ]
You know, you seem to care a lot about me for someone who wants us to kill each other.

[His usual excuse.]

[ How many times has he heard the word "ritual?" More than enough to sound familiar to him. ]
You keep mentioning a ritual. I can't help but wonder what you plan on getting from that, whatever it is.

Did this fellow mention looking for clues before? He must have said it so often it feels familiar. Expected even. ]
Trust me, sir. I have been keeping tabs on this place.
[ Now he's tempted to go over his notes... Again...
He glances to the newest area of the carnival. There must be more clues hidden inside... Somewhere. ]
