[She had come to see her parents, but seeing her father before her still leaves her stunned for a moment.

When he hugs her, she quickly and fiercely returns the hug. See him, and seeing him whole, safe, and happy sends all her worries away.]

[She should probably think about doing the same thing. Lobco holds on for a moment longer and really, it's only knowing she can see her mother soon that finally gets her to let go.]

[Lobco enters and looks around the foyer as if seeing it for the first time. It feels like it's the first time and there some strange sense of dissonance in seeing nothing significant has changed.

She'll have to be sure to visit Wadanohara at some point. She'd been told about Minami long, long ago but had never been able to see him.

At her father's words her expression becomes a little sheepish.]

A lot has happened. I...quit being La---Chlomaki's familiar.

[As a father, he's worried for her wellbeing, but Lobco had always assured him that Chlomaki wasn't really trying to hurt her and cared for her deep down.]

Yes. I did. But I guess we just weren't meant to be.

[It was disappointing to think of how much time she had wasted with Chlomaki and how much she had put up with, but as far as Lobco was concerned that was all in the past now so while her smile dampened fractionally, it quickly brightened up.]

There's a lot more that has happened but I'm really not sure where to start. [I got transported to a completely different world, possibly universe against my will and met a lot of wonderful people doesn't really seem.....the best way to ease into that particular topic.]

Almost all of it good, truthfully even if it didn't quite seem like it at first. I ended up in another world unintentionally but it was a very fascinating one. I met a lot of wonderful people there, and learned lots of new things.

I even met someone...special.

It was a world called Prismatica. It was much more technologically advanced than any place that I've seen or even heard of here. It was mostly populated by humans but there were other species too.

[She described as best as she could the world, with its odd moons that caused changes in people every month, chroma, moonlacing and what she understood of what had happened to the world.]

I made some really good friends there. Grimm, Knight, Konoka, Ace and...Hollow Knight.

Is Hollow Knight the most special friend of yours?

Yes. That's them. They are very, very sweet and adorable. We've been together for about four months now. I hope I can bring them by sometime soon but there were things they wanted to do in their own home first.

[Oh boy, does Lobco remember. The heads up is for her parents sake, but also for Hollow Knight as they might need to prepare Doloz's room to accommodate them. They are nowhere near as big as her mother, but ten feet is still nothing to sneeze at. They probably wouldn't be very comfortable here, bent over in the foyer.

Lobco's reaching through her bag before she finds what she is looking for. The little communication device they had all been gifted back in Prismatica. She assumed she wouldn't be able to connect to anything or message anyone from here, but she's certain she can at least access her gallery. She brings up a picture of the two of them and holds it out for her father to see.

It's a selfie of their day at the carnival, that day when she realized her feelings. Hollow Knight if was the one taking the photo and they had to bend over so their face could fit in the picture. She's got her cheek pressed against theirs, holding onto the snow owl plushie they had just won.]

[They're not a species that Cherryblod recognizes, but he can tell they're not human, at least. That's good - hopefully someone closer to Lobco's lifespan. More importantly...]
