Oh Chuuya! [Atsushi's ears twitched as he looked up when Chuuya walked in. He watched his face for any changes, he saw surprise, but nothing else. He let out a soft sigh of relief as he relax on the bed. It's not the first time he's been thankful to have someone like Chuuya in his life.

Atsushi sighed as he pointed to his ears]

They appeared this morning. I don't feel the tiger trying to get out or anything so I'm not sure why it's happening. I was going to greet you, but I knew Ranpo-san wouldn't stop asking me questions when he saw me. Then Tanizaki-san would ask me something and it wouldn't end from there so I stayed here trying to figure out what to do next.

[He wished he knew what to do, but Chuuya being home helps.]

I'm glad you made it back! Welcome home! How was everything? Were you guys able to get the taint?

Those assholes.

[Chuuya agrees with Atsushi's assessment of what would have happened if he left the room.]

We kicked that taint's ass, yeah. [Even if it didn't really have one.]

Can I pet them?

Ahh I'm sure I would have been able to get some help from Kyouka-chan.

[Kyouka could always sense when Atsushi needed to find an escape.]

I knew you guys would! [Chuuya had an amazing team so Atsushi didn't worry too much.] Huh? You want to pet them? Really?

[Atsushi reached up and gently brushed his ears. They were still weird to him, but it wouldn't be too bad if Chuuya wanted to touch them. He messed with the end of his gloves as he nodded.]

S-Sure if you want to.

[Someday, Atsushi may stop being surprised that Chuuya wants to touch him, but that day is apparently not today. Carefully, gently, Chuuya strokes the back of Atsushi's ears.]

They're as soft as your hair.

[One day Atsushi's automatic reaction won't kick in. He really should trust his touch though since he always knew how to do it. Atsushi hummed softly as he leaned towards his fingers.]

They are? It feels really good.

Yeah. They're just as cute as the rest of you.

[So Chuuya will definitely not let up on this petting for a while. Soft husband deserves pets.]

[Atsushi was getting better at accepting compliments. He didn't deny them so quickly, though he still didn't know how to respond. He gave a sheepish smile as he placed his hands on Chuuya's waist and pulled him close.]

T-Thank you.

[Atsushi closed his eyes as another pleasant hum left his mouth. He nuzzled his hand as he continue to give small pleasant noises that started to sound a little like purrs.]

Mmm...Chuuya...

At~su~shi~

[Atsushi's purring is one of the many adorable things about him, and is only encouraging Chuuya to keep petting his ears. He may never stop at this rate.

Experimentally, he reaches to gently stroke the tip of Atsushi's tail as well.]

[Atsushi wouldn't want him to stop anytime soon. He knew that Chuuya's job of taking care of taints was important, but it didn't stop him from missing Chuuya. Now that he was back, Atsushi didn't want to let him go anytime soon.

Atsushi enjoyed the pets as he leaned towards Chuuya's hand. When he stroke the tip of his tail he let out a deeper moan from before that made him look up at Chuuya with a sheepish smile.]

Um, you can do it again...

[Chuuya doesn't really need to be told to do that again. That moan is beautiful, and he's all too happy to stroke Atsushi's tail, this time a longer movement starting from the tip and reaching where his tail connects to the rest of his body.]

[Atsushi wasn't expecting such a pleasurable feeling to come from having his tail petted like that, but it felt so good he wanted to feel more. One day he'll be able to say it clearly. He shivered from Chuuya's hand on his tail as another moan left his lips. When Chuuya finished, Atsushi leaned forward and pressed kisses against his neck. He didn't know why Chuuya petting his tail turned him on so much. It could be cause Chuuya knew how to touch him or how Chuuya was so handsome in everything he did, either way Atsushi really enjoyed what was happening.]

Chuuya...missed you...so much... [Atsushi panted in between kisses]

Me too - missed hearing you moan my name.

[Not that he's unaffected. Far from it - Atsushi's kisses on his neck get small gasps and whimpers, and Chuuya pulls Atsushi's body flush against his.]
