Call out one of the characters from my muselist with a starter, a prompt, a general 'hey can we do something with these characters' comment, a smoke signal, etc., and I'll get back to you with some kind of RP thread!
[It's at that point that the nearby store owner cuts through the crowd.] Excuse me, could you please go elsewhere? You're disturbing people and the crowd you're gathering is blocking the way.
Auu! He's the one you should be lecturing. I'm saving the world!
[And yet Makoto turns to go, though not before grabbing onto Mikado's sleeve to tug him through the crowd.]
Ungrateful. Auu. Anyway, what do you mean, if I say so? What do you say?
Why? Wouldn't anyone think it's cool? You could be a secret agent or something! There was this one manga I read where the girl fell in love with a transfer student, but he was actually a spy, and then she has to choose between him and the diplomat from a foreign country, and it was so good! It went on for 21 volumes! That means popular, right?
[Makoto swells a little, but only for half a second, until she remembers.]
That's why I'm here.
[She glares up at him.]
But why would you not be popular? And even if people suck, they don't deserve to just stop being people. Didn't you ever see this stuff on TV? The whole no-free-will thing is bad. And creepy. And doesn't actually help them get to be better people.
There's gotta be better stuff you can do! like I dunno, you can use your data powers to do nice stuff for people. Or if someone's mean to you, instead of deciding to mess with their brain, just go, "You suck, why are you mean." Maybe that doesn't work either, but at least they have the chance to think about it.
Better not. It's gonna hurt people. And you just wanna be nice, you just suck at it, right? so try making friends or something. I know people are scary, but sometimes they're nice.

[He's already being tugged along while he's apologizing to the store opener.]
I mean that you must know better than garbage like me, of course.

I can see why you and Nanashi get along so well. That's good - please keep taking care of him.
[That isn't an answer to the question...]

[He's as much of a nerd as his younger self is.]
But it never makes them worse.

[guess how the good ending is achieved
I'll give you a hint
it's by politely asking him to stop]

Would you like to be friends?
[Mikado and early-canon Nanashi have the same approach to friendship.]

[Makoto scratches her head, pouts, and thinks about it.]
I mean, you're a supervillain, but you're Nanase too... You promise to help people, right? If you do, I'll be your friend.

[It's what he'd been trying to do from the beginning, in his own way.]

And stops walking to hug him.]
Auu!
