[Oh boy, here comes the part where Chuuya gets all choked up and can’t speak, tears streaming down his cheeks. Maybe they won’t grow old together, but they can live every moment to the fullest until they’re dead and gone.

He throws his arms around Poet-Chuuya’s neck before sobbing into his shirt.]

Yes. Yes.

[Chuuya would wipe away his boyfriend's tears, but that would mean letting go of him for a second, which he can't do. Besides, his own eyes are so blurry with tears that he'd probably miss.

Not just his boyfriend, his fiance. They're engaged now. It doesn't feel real.]

[They’re both blubbering messes and Chuuya loves it.]

Guess we should start planning, huh?

[He kisses the top of his FIANCE’s forehead, heart swelling with affection.]

I want a cake.

[Maybe they only have six guests, but leftover cake is delicious.]

They end up talking late into the night about their wedding plans, and Chuuya thinks he couldn’t be happier.]

[The next morning, Chuuya tells the three individual people who he wants to come to his wedding. Niimi is delighted, even more so when Chuuya asks him for help with the flower crown. Mori sets a gentle hand on Chuuya's shoulder and tells him that he's glad that he's finally found someone to share happiness with.

Kenji is overjoyed, and immediately starts asking a bunch of questions about their relationship (some of which Chuuya answers and some of which Chuuya says is too personal to share even with Miyazawa-sensei) and the wedding. He grips Chuuya's hands and tells him how wonderful it is to marry the love of your life, and asks if he can meet his fiance before the wedding.

And so, the next time mafia-Chuuya returns to the library, a bright-eyed blond child waves at him.]

[Chuuya has come to love these visits to the library, and he adores Niimi, the sweetest child on earth, for offering to make his boyfriend a flower crown. Looks like he’s going to have to adopt this kid.

But then there’s another kid eagerly greeting him in the library lobby, and Chuuya wonders just how many of the dead authors are this young...]

Hey. Don’t think we’ve met before. Who are you?

[Just three, and poet-Chuuya's not as close with the third. You only have to adopt two kids, don't worry.]

Miyazawa Kenji. Chuuya-san talks a lot about you, and I wanted to meet you for myself.

[He still gets flustered whenever he hears that Chuuya has been talking about him.]

[He gives a little bow.]
