Everyone has another side to them that they keep hidden away, feelings they bottle up to save face or avoid conflict. But what if those feelings take a life of their own...?

Perhaps it's your best friend, a close family member, a hated enemy, or maybe it's just a complete stranger. No matter who it is, they are different now, possessing creepy yellow eyes, a distorted voice, and a disconcerting aura. Take care in what you say to them, though, because there are three little words that will set them off into an unstoppable rage...

How to:
Step 1: Post as your character with their name and canon
Step 2: Others respond stumbling onto your character
Step 3: WHOOPS. Character A has been replaced by their Shadow or Other Self!
Step 4: Play out the encounter! Will you start an epic boss fight? Have a pleasant chat? Or maybe just flat out ignore them? Run wild!

[A chill runs down Colette's spine. This is not like Komaeda at all. However, she gets the feeling that it's him but....something's happened. Intuition.

Has a monster taken him over? Is that what the shadows represent? Colette isn't sure but she composes herself and speaks calmly and gently.]

C'mon. You and I have to leave this place. Everyone's waiting for us. Besides, it's dangerous here.

[He takes a step forward and the ground shifts underfoot, rolling in unnatural ways.]

Come now, you have to say what you suspect. I can see it in your face. It's not this place that's dangerous, is it? [It's him.]

[He's right. She's not going to get anywhere like this. She has to say it out now. She has her weapons and magic with her and she'll use them if that's what it takes to save Komaeda.]

Fine! I don't know what you've done to my friend but I'm taking him back with me. Let him go! [Something has taken him over. She's sure of it. Or this is someone else who has done something to Komaeda. Either way, she will save him.]

[The ground shakes as he leans forward with a wild feral smile on his face. Cracks run down the walls and sea water starts to flow out to cover the floor.] Ah? What do you mean? Are you saying I'm not the real one?

[A low rumble rolls through like a slumbering dragon is waking up.]

[Ok, this isn't good. Both of them could be in potential danger. She shakes her head.]

No, that's not it. Nagito's there, or at least I believe he is. But he wouldn't behave like this.

Do you really know me at all. I wonder. [He laughs, the sense of something other subsiding as he steps slowly back until there's a good six feet between them.]
