Tarot post mark 9.
It has been some time since I read Tarot, and it seems like a pleasant way to end the year, doesn't it?
[A deck is on the table in front of her.]
Simply focus on your question while shuffling the deck, and inform me of your question when you return the deck to me. Then I can read your fortune.
[Any game, any character will be read with a real shuffling of a real Tarot deck!]

[MTT accepts the deck of cards and cuts the deck, then shuffles it back into itself with his thumbs before offering it back to her. But not without leaning over the table and interlacing his fingers once she takes it from him. He rests his chin on his weaved fingers and pops one of his knees.]
Tell me what's in store for me, now that I'm on the surface.

The Four of Wands. Celebration, freedom, and excitement.
The Ten of Swords. Bottoming out, victim mentality, and martyrdom - being in the worst possible place or acting like you are.
The Devil. Being tied down, materialism, ignorance, and hopelessness.
The Four of Wands, with those two cards below it on either side... It is very exciting to be free - I am certain no one would blame you for getting swept up in it, for a time. However, a new place to live does not rid you of all your underlying problems immediately. You are the type of person who, when they have an issue, tends to believe that they are the victim and it's not their fault. That kind of mentality can cause your problems to fester when you aren't dealing with your own role in causing them.
