Humans will never make sense. They'll destroy themselves even if we don't.

...Somehow I feel heavy about that. Like that feeling coming here gave me is sinking.

You're sad. It's a normal feeling when you think about something you don't like.

If humans are dying because of their own stubbornness, why does that make me sad? It's their fault. But still, I don't want them to die out.

That's because you like people. Even stupid people.

Liking people is complicated. It was easier to want to destroy everything.

I know. It was easier when I didn't think, too. But I like this better.

How do we make humans have fewer children?

That was the most ridiculous class I've ever taken. How would it possibly help?

We don't want people to accidentally get pregnant. That would be bad.

All it ever taught us was "don't have sex, you will get pregnant and die".

So we need a better one with better advice.

Hm. That would be an improvement. Maybe there are better books, too.
