[It's hard to pull the nervous awkward laugh when you're still crying though, so she grumbles and presses the heels of her hands to her eyes to hopefully stop the waterworks.]

April sniffs again, now looking less like some sort of old spirit and now just like a little young woman with a red face.]

I-I'm still sorry... A-at around 1000 or something years old, I-I thought I w-wouldn't have moments like that a-anymore...

I don't know what it's like to be that old, but I still don't blame you.

T-thank you... [She feels a bit awkward now, and she's still crying a bit. So she turns her attention to something else.]

Oh, it's an Amala Terminal. It lets you travel between long distances - I've been studying this one since I can't really go anywhere.

I-is it cause it's too dangerous for you to go anywhere? [Gonna closely examine the terminal now.]

Yeah. Humans aren't really cut out for this kind of world.

I-I see... If you want, I-I can act as a kind of bodyguard? I'm way stronger than I look.

You'd do that for me?

Y-yeah, of course! I-I used to do similar stuff back when I was, um, alive and I'm a-always happy to help when I can.

[And then April screws with the plot of Nocturne oops.]

It'd definitely be nice to be able to leave this room.
