[Evangeline knows Roland, in the sense that all the assistant librarians know Roland. She's not assigned to the Floor of General Works - she's on Netzach's team, has been since they were L-Corp and not the Library - but she certainly spends a lot of time on other floors for her... ahem, hobbies.
Things have settled down a little since they relocated to the Outskirts, and this has been bugging her since the whole Black Silence fight went down.]
