[It had not been Evangeline's idea, shockingly enough, but she was absolutely the first volunteer to work there.
It isn't even really big enough to be called a 'separate facility'. At most it could be described as a separate building for experimental energy gathering methods. Which sort of implied that what they did at Lobotomy Corporation wasn't already experimental, but this is different.
For one thing, rather than the carefully-selected E.G.O. she's used to, Evangeline's work uniform is... nothing. She sits in a leather chair entirely nude, waiting for the first Abnormality to be led inside the provided room by another (more clothed) employee.
It's not like she's been given nothing. There is a bed here, for the kind of Abnormality who understands what one is and what it's for, and the regenerative systems that run through the departments in the other facility are set to max here so that she should heal from tears and bruises in record time. There's also a fair number of toys in a chest, although she really doubts most of the Abnormalities will know what to do with them. Still, points for effort.
She's buzzing with excitement. Is it bad form to start touching yourself before your first client arrives?]
