call me out v. 14.0

Call out one of the characters from my muselist with a starter, a prompt, a general 'hey can we do something with these characters' comment, a smoke signal, etc., and I'll get back to you with some kind of RP thread!
Old CR, new CR, assumed CR, canonmates, AU, crossover, whatever, it's all good.

You're so sweet
surprise 2/2 timeskip
Things are good, so much better than before. Suga works on the garden while happily chatting with his husband. He plants roses and lilies, and they're already starting to sprout. They're with each other most of the time.
Sometimes Suga does have to go down to the village to get food, though. It's always a bit awkward: everyone there is surprised to see him and doesn't really want to talk. But that's not too different than before.
It is an ordinary afternoon. Suga is on a chair in the foyer reading a book when an insistent knock comes at the castle's front door.]
Do you get visitors?
no subject
the knocking puts him on high alert. ]
No, I don’t.
[ his eyes are narrowed, his pupils thin slits. ]
Stay here. I’ll take care of it.
no subject
The visitor at the door is a girl about Suga's age, brown haired. As soon as the door opens she puts her hands on her hips, anger radiating off her in spades.]
What have you been doing to Suga-kun?
[She can't see Suga from the door, and he can't see her, but his eyes widen in recognition of the voice.]
no subject
but even that thought is followed by a surge of jealousy that threatens to overwhelm him. he’s never met her, but he knows who she is. ]
I have done nothing to him. Have you not seen him in the village?
no subject
[Suga approaches, hastily writing down a note.]
I'm fine, Shii-chan
Please don't worry about me
no subject
[ he shouts, bearing his fangs at the not-so-stranger. ]
But why else would I do it? I’m the evil dragon that your parents warned you about, no?. Are you scared that I’ll send you his bones one day, girl?
no subject
[Suga signs at him and pulls on his arm before frantically signing to Shiori.]
I'm sorry, he doesn't like strangers much, I'll see you next time I'm in the village.
[And before Shiori can even answer, he shuts the door on her. Sorry, Shii-chan.]
no subject
That’s your friend. Correct?
no subject
I'm sorry
She's protective
But she's not a bad person
You don't have to act like the stories of you
no subject
[ his tone is clipped. a friend? of course, he had told c-ta about her before, a mention here and there. he KNOWS that this girl exists.
but seeing her in person…
he grits his teeth. ]
I have to. It’d be bad otherwise.
[ but it’d be bad if she kicked up too much of a fuss too, no? ]
Go. Talk to her. I don’t want her making more noise here.
no subject
I'll be back soon
[He leaves, closing the door behind him.]

his mind is going at a thousand miles per second. a thousand thoughts about that girl, each one pulling him deeper and deeper into anxiety. that girl is dangerous. if she gets too close to him, then he’ll be vulnerable to the rest of the villagers. but if he rejects her completely or even kills her, then he’ll be in danger as well. and if he’s in danger then his bride is in danger and that is unacceptable. absolutely unacceptable.
and yet, suga doesn’t understand that doesn’t he? that’s why he has to be the one to do this. he storms into his bedroom, falling face first into the bed. if only suga understood!!
burying his face into his pillow, the dragon growls in frustration, waiting impatiently for his wife’s return. ]
no subject
He returns to his husband's bedroom - it's been their bedroom more often than not lately. Seeing his husband on the bed, Suga sits beside him and reaches to stroke his hair.]
no subject
he leans into the hand petting him, breathing in shakily. ]
Sorry.
no subject
I told her you're not hurting me and you just don't like the villagers
I asked her not to talk about you with anyone
They don't need more stories
[Pet, pet, pet.]
no subject
[ grumble grumble. ]
She was loud.
no subject
No one else cares what happens to me
[It's harsh, but true.]
She's always been loud
She used to yell at everyone who was mean to me
no subject
[ HUFFS like he didn’t just treat shiori like shit ]
no subject
Yes
But I told her you weren't
no subject
no subject
But if that ever changes I should tell her
I told her it wouldn't happen
no subject
[ flails a little. like a very dignified dragon noble should. ]
no subject
You don't have to see her if you don't want to
