Plasmatio Chuuya PSLs.

Want to meet Chuuya after the end of the game? Okay! He's a little busy with two toddlers to fuss over, but he'll always be happy to greet someone he likes. (And if you're not someone he likes, at least make yourself useful picking toys up off the library floor or something.) He's drinking a whole lot less than he used to, and is all-in-all in a much better mental state than he was during the game.
You can also get him to visit, probably not with his sons in tow. Still in a better mental state and sober without having a breakdown!
Also up for AUs like 'what if chuuya did a murder' or 'what if the participants were gods' or whatever, I'm easy.

We really couldn't have come up with a better idea than this? Hell, sometimes it feels like random chance might've been better. Less traumatizing for the mortals.
[He agreed to it, but he'd been on the (losing) side of not allowing murder.]

Yes, we do seem to have deluded ourselves into thinking that lack of permanence means that any harm done doesn't mean anything, haven't we.
If you'll recall, I'd opposed the notion of bringing proxies in entirely, willingly recruited or not. We're a mess. Thinking that the mortals would be any better able to sort us out when they're still following our guidance in the end was a terrible idea to begin with.
[ Chuuya agreed; Julius hadn't. He'd only pitched his vote in for the two leading propositions because his opinion was a minority in the group. That said. ]
All things considered, are you still set on winning this whole thing?
no subject
[He'd be pissed if Order won, sure, but the more important thing is his followers' wishes. Both his last living follower and the few that have died.]
I'm not stupid, I know I'm not going to beat everyone else.
no subject
I'm not asking you to bow out. Not if you still intend to play. But, hm- I wouldn't be opposed to arranging an alliance of sorts, if you aren't opposed. My followers at least are aware of my general opinion of our affairs--
[ the sentiment demonstrated by a dismissive sort of hand wave, ]
--and while in the spirit of the competition it isn't as if I can exactly control them, if you're amenable to it I can at least let them know there's at least certain others here they don't have to be too wary of.
no subject
[Despair's last follower is a good bean who wants to play the game without murder, and Chuuya supports that 100%.]
An alliance seems like the best shot we both have at this point.
no subject
[ bringing children absolutely not suited for it into a competition where murder is both likely and encouraged by some of the more ambitious gods. really, he knows his own childhood, but he'd like to think he was an outlier in that respect. ]
... It's still a long shot if anything, but.
[ They're both personable to an extent, but they're also both sort of off putting in some ways, whoops. Certainly not possessed of the same infectious, your-new-best-friend quality charms and masks as say, Positivity. ]
no subject
[Then again, nobody really knows what Alex's deal is, maybe he doesn't mind the child trauma so much.]
Technically I don't mind if Positivity or Confidence win, but they're not smart enough to handle it on their own. Order can fuck himself with a rake, though.
no subject
[ No, they just went and pulled a bunch of mortals in here without really thinking about the consequences, probably.
Anyway, Despair is quite openly opinionated. Certainty won't say much about it, about how it's interesting how Order and Despair manage to just grate on each other so, but. ]
... Would he even have the anatomy for that sort of thing?
no subject
If he can't it's from a lack of creativity on his part.
[Which shouldn't surprise anyone. Creativity is not Order's strong suit.]
no subject
[ Creativity, that is. Oh, he's sure that whatever world Order hails from wouldn't have been incapable of it, of something beyond adaptive thinking and nested if/elses ad infinitum if they had the technology to program? beings like who and what Order was, but in his experience people liked their tools with as minimal a chance of developing the notion of disobedience as possible. So. ]
Honestly, I worry for the sake of us all if either Positivity or Confidence win in their current states. If they would take advice, maybe, but as it is...
You'd think Foresight would be more helpful on this front, but.
[ 'what even is Alex's deal': the saga. ]
no subject
[Of all the things you could use robots for, sex is definitely in the top five.]
Who knows what Foresight's aim is?
no subject
[ Connor has probably mentioned being a police bot at some point shhh. ]
Foresight himself, I'd presume. Though if I had to hazard a guess: winning this. Like everyone else here is out to.
no subject
Everybody except Charisma. Honestly, I'm kind of envious.
no subject
[ does he elaborate? no. ]
But I can't disagree that they're certainly taking the wisest option of us all.
no subject
...well, I can't say I regret talking to my followers...
[So that part, at least, he has over Mizuki.]

They had some time to mingle when they were introducing the mortals to this place, it's fine. Besides, they did imply that it would still be possible to contact them, so I'm sure there are at least some people leaving offerings for them.
no subject
Fair. There's plenty of mortals who wouldn't leave them out.
no subject
There's certainly at least a decent handful attempting to make their way through all of us. Some of them have some interesting ideas of what we'd like.
no subject
[Chuuya scrunches his face in displeasure. The less said about that, the better.]
no subject
[ Can't even say it's his professional attire that makes people think to be all proper around him, they're all stuck in the robes when among the mortals after all. ]
no subject
[No professional outfit needed.]
At least most people know they can give me poetry now, but in the first week...
no subject
[ He's gotten at least one very carefully crafted item saying 'memento mori.' Apparently the black and white color scheme with pale blue accents has made at least one person think that Certainty refers to the inevitability of death, or whatever the reasoning behind that was. ]
I'm not that bad, am I?
no subject
no subject
[ It's said in good enough humor, but his tone sobers notably by the time he comments again. ]
... None of us have the least idea of what we're doing.

Godhood experience wasn't a requirement for ascension. Or even competence at anything.
